Full Program Tuition

Pre K4 - 7th Grade

SUMMER ART CAMP 2026!

Full Program tuition (2 days a week program) of $400 includes the Tuesday & Thursday class days as well as the take-home lessons to be completed at home on two other non-class days of the week. The first tuition payment of $400 is due on July 2, 2026, which pays for September's tuition. There will be a total of 9 tuition payments drafted each month thereafter, beginning each year in July and ending in March. The last payment will be March 2nd and will cover the May tuition fee. Tuition payments are made on the 2nd of each month.

Elective Day Tuition

Pre K4 - 7th Grade

Elective Day tuition (1 day a week program) of $225 is for either the Tuesday or Thursday class day as well as any take-home lessons to be completed at home on the non-class days of the week. The first tuition payment of $225 is due on July 2, 2026, which pays for September's tuition. Tuition payments are made monthly thereafter for a total of 9 months ending with the March 2nd payment, which covers the May tuition.

FYI: This applies if your child wants to attend just on our Core Day on Tuesday instead of on Elective Day on Thursday.

Fees

There is a $250 non-refundable registration fee per child due upon registration. This is for the entire year. After the first child of a family registers and pays the $250 registration fee, any additional siblings will pay a discounted non-refundable registration fee of $150 for the year.

There will be a required full-year enrollment fee of $400 per child, which is not part of the registration fee. This full-year enrollment fee will be due on June 2, 2026.

"Meet&Greet" for New Parents & Students!

We will have a mandatory New-Parent "Meet & Greet"on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 10 am until Noon at Bulverde Baptist Church, 1331 Bulverde Rd., in the Fellowship Hall of the Education Bldg. (near the playground entrance).
